             Lawrence

             Ndere

Lawrence Ndere is a Geologist with over six years of professional experience specializing
in Hydrogeology and Exploration. He currently serves as a Hydrogeologist in the Ministry of
Lands, Agriculture, Fisheries, Water and Rural Development, where he plays a vital role in
tackling water sustainability and utilization challenges. Before his current position,
Lawrence worked at Bravura, where he focused on mineral exploration for valuable
resources. Lawrence is a certified Project Management Professional. As a mid-career
professional, he is increasingly focused on Strategic Management, particularly within the
nexus of water governance. His expertise in this area is further strengthened by his post-
                 graduate degree in Strategic Management.

A passionate advocate for social equity, Lawrence believes in promoting gender equality
through initiatives like the Green Promise Initiative, emphasizing the importance of
environmental conservation and sustainable water resource management. He actively
supports community participation in preserving water resources through his volunteer work
                 with the Manyame Conservation Trust.

I would embrace listening actively, learning from women
and other marginalized groups, and amplifying their voices
in Transboundary Water Resources. I believe that true
advocacy involves not only speaking out but also listening
and supporting those directly affected by inequality.
