A new generation of water professionals and leaders: the Eastern Nile Young Professionals Program

Since 2011, nearly 180 young people have been enrolled in the internship program of the Eastern Nile Technical Regional Office (ENTRO) in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. This internship program is funded by the Cooperation in International Waters in Africa (CIWA). Participants share their experiences and enthusiasm about how it has helped to shape their future.
